Norliza Pavlakos is an international motivational speaker, entrepreneur, author and philanthropist supporting human rights of disadvantaged women. She is known for delivering life-changing presentations that inspire others to tap into their inner strength and achieve their goals.

Her path to success was one of incredible resilience, having negotiated her way through the most challenging circumstances from a very young age --from homelessness and abuse victim to self-made entrepreneur. At the aged of 23, she planned and stage a new international beauty pageant - the Miss India International Pageant went on to take over a popular café in Melbourne, and transformed a floundering tailoring enterprise into a profitable five-outlet franchise attracting celebrity clients. Today, Norliza is a mental health trailblazer and the force behind Mind Hub Directory, a global platform showcasing leading mental health experts, an initiative that reflects her commitment to helping those in need deal with mental challenges.

Norliza is currently writing a book, to be released in 2024, entitled "Conviction" which depicts how she overcame her traumatic past and found her purpose. Her previous autobiographical book in 2018 was called "The Diamonds Within".
